I started Teal Software because I kept seeing the same problem in growing businesses: good people spending too much time chasing information, double-handling work, and fighting systems that no longer fit the way the business actually operated.
Over the years I've worked with organisations to improve the way work flows through their business — sometimes that means AI, sometimes automation, sometimes a custom system, and sometimes simply a better process. The technology is rarely the starting point. Understanding the business is.
Today, Teal Software helps growing Kiwi businesses identify bottlenecks, improve visibility, and make practical use of technology so their teams can spend less time chasing information and more time getting work done.
I’m based in South Canterbury, work mostly remotely, and regularly travel to visit clients in Christchurch and around the North Island
